Trolltech does not own any shares in SCO/Canopy Group.

Ralph Yarro serves on the board of Trolltech AS.

In 1999 Trolltech entered into an agreement with Caldera (prior to their
purchase of the Santa Cruz Operation). At that time Caldera was a
significant Linux distributor.

Caldera later became The SCO Group Inc.

This is the historical reason behind The SCO Group's 1.6% ownership of
Trolltech.

Trolltech does not cooperate with The SCO Group either on a strategic or
operational level.

We would like to point out that Trolltech does not support The SCO
Group's current legal actions against IBM and others.

As Trolltech is not a publicly listed company, we have a policy not to
disclose further details regarding ownership and the Board of
Directors.
